Italian Turkey Sausage and Veggie Pizza

1 Pound:
ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE, casings removed if necessary
1 (12-Inch):
thin-crust pizza shell
Vegetable spray
2 Cups:
thinly sliced onions
1 Cup:
shredded carrots
1 Cup:
seeded and sliced green or red pepper
1 Cup:
sliced mushrooms
1 Cup:
broccoli florets
1 Cup:
sliced artichoke hearts

Cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 Cup:
shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup:
shredded Mozzarella cheese
 

In large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage, breaking up large pieces, until browned (about 5 to 6 minutes); drain and place on pizza shell on large cookie sheet.

Spray skillet with vegetable spray. Over medium-high heat, cook onions until tender and golden brown. Spread onions over pizza crust.

Re-spraying pan with vegetable spray as necessary, individually cook carrots, pepper slices and mushrooms, scattering each over onions.

Arrange broccoli, artichokes and tomato halves on top of pizza.

Sprinkle pizza with cheeses and bake in preheated 450-degree F oven for 10-15 mintues, or until cheeses are melted.
